Ready to hand over the hard part to us? Here’s how we’ll make your dream vacation a reality:

1. Contact Us If you’re interested in working with EA Getaways, fill out the form on our Contact page.
2. The Questionnaire If your initial criteria will be a good fit for our services, we’ll send you our travel questionnaire. Complete the form and provide us with as many details as you can about your dream vacation.
3. Contract and Deposit Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll have you sign an electronic contract and pay a $100 fee.
4. The Fun Part We’ll use the information you provided to put together a custom quote. We’ll work with you to fine tune your itinerary until everything is perfect.
5. CONCIERGE SPECIALIST (OPTIONAL*) One of our talented travel specialists will contact you to help arrange more details for your vacation including: restaurant reservations, transportation, spa appointments, activities, private tours, and anything else you would like to set up! *Exact fee for concierge service is based upon the scope of services needed.
6. Bookings and Reservations We’ll take care of all your travel reservations and will provide you with a final itinerary. Prior to your arrival, we will contact your hotels to make sure they know you are extra special guests. We will continue to be available to help you before, during, and after your trip.
